CONIX ARCHITECTScontinuously in motionConix Architects has grown steadily over the years, but its expansion has gained momentum in particular over the last couple of years. Founded in 1979 by Christine Conix, the architectural practice has offices in both Antwerp and Brussels (since 2004). It is a solid structure composed of a team of creative and motivated individuals lead by two female partners Christine Conix and Sylvie Bruyninckx. Developing office buildings, apartments, housing and urban concepts form the basis of the architects? activities. However, not to focus on a specific typology is a conscious decision made by the office: every project offers its own challenges. Private homes, interior & product design, schools, cultural projects, commercial buildings and renovations are also included in the portfolio of the architectural practice. The type of architecture Conix Architects strives for integrates 4 basic ideas: context, sustainability, society and know-how, which is always characterized by its open spatial concept. The needs, desires and expectations of the client are translated into unique contemporary projects. |
NLConix Architects heeft altijd een gestadige groei gekend en in de laatste jaren kreeg deze een extra impuls. Opgericht in 1979 door Christine Conix, heeft het architectenbureau een kantoor in Antwerpen en sinds 2004 ook in Brussel. Het bureau is een solide structuur, opgebouwd uit een team van creatieve en gemotiveerde medewerkers geleid door twee vrouwelijke vennoten, Christine Conix en Sylvie Bruyninckx. Conix Architects kiest ervoor om zich niet te specialiseren in één specifieke typologie: elke opdracht is een uitdaging. Het portfolio bevat naast residentiële projecten (individuele woningen, wooncomplexen en appartementen) ook scholen, culturele projecten, commerciële panden, kantoren, bankgebouwen, industriële projecten, site ontwikkelingen, inrichtingen, product design en renovaties. Conix Architects integreert in haar architectuurontwerpen 4 basisideeën: context, duurzaamheid, samenleving en kennis. De architectuur van het bureau is steeds gekenmerkt door een open en ruimtelijk concept. De eisen, wensen en verwachtingen van de bouwheer worden verwerkt in unieke hedendaagse projecten. Fondé en 1979 par Christine Conix, Conix Architects est aujourd?hui une structure solide implantée à Anvers et à Bruxelles (depuis 2004). Le bureau est composé d?une équipe de collaborateurs créatifs et motivés, dirigé par deux associées: Christine Conix et Sylvie Bruyninckx. Chaque projet constitue un défi et c?est pour cette raison que nous avons délibérément choisi de ne pas nous spécialiser dans un secteur spécifique. Notre portfolio est varié et contient de nombreux projets résidentiels (des habitations individuelles mais aussi des projets résidentiels à grande échelle), ainsi que des projets et réalisations dans le domaine culturel, des aménagements urbains, des bureaux, des projets industriels, des immeubles commerciaux, des banques et des écoles. Chaque projet intègre quatre critères de base: le contexte, la durabilité, la société et le savoir-faire. Les besoins, désirs et attentes de chaque client sont traduits par des projets contemporains uniques. | |||
